检验粗细骨料的碱活性指标,是控制混凝土碱-骨料反应的重要工作。由于混凝土碱-骨料反应是一个长期缓慢的过程,而工程上则需要在较短时间内提供骨料碱活性检验结果,因此现行检测碱活性的几种方法均具有片面性和不适用之处。本文根据混凝土碱-骨料反应的原理,对混凝土集料碱活性检验方法适用性和检验结果处置进行讨论。
It is an important work to control the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete to test the alkali activity index of the coarse and fine aggregate. As the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete is a long-term slow process, while the engineering needs to provide aggregate alkali activity test results within a relatively short period of time, several existing methods for detecting alkali activity are both unimportant and unsuitable. According to the principle of concrete alkali-aggregate reaction, this paper discusses the applicability of the test method for alkali activity of concrete aggregate and the disposal of test results.
