特殊音乐教育作为特殊教育和音乐教育的一门交叉性学科,越来越受到重视。文章以黑龙江省绥化学院的特殊教育专业和残疾人高等教育相关专业的设置为切入点,从教师与学生两个侧面调查分析了黑龙江省高等特殊音乐教育的发展现状。 As a cross-discipline of special education and music education, special music education is getting more and more attention. This article takes the special education specialty of Suihua University in Heilongjiang Province and the setting of related professions for disabled persons as the starting point, investigates and analyzes the current situation of higher special music education in Heilongjiang Province from two sides of teachers and students.
