当前,控制药品收入比例已经成为各医疗机构缓解“看病难、看病贵”的重要措施之一,各地卫生行政部门甚至将药品收入比例为医疗机构考核的一项重要指标,同时控制药品收入比例还是医院加强行风建设、促进合理用药、遏制医药费用过快增长的重要手段[1]。我院从2009年开始通过控制药品收入比例并取得了较好的社会和经济效益,但在执行的过程中也发现了一些新的问题和现象,如何避免医院医药收入结构的不健康发展,探讨这些问题和现象发生的原因尤为重要。
