The authors argue that blood into ischemic brain tissue during acute cerebral infarction is a safety factor in thrombolytic therapy. Thrombolytic therapy in stroke patients bleeding risk factors include thrombolytic dose, thrombolytic therapy is not timely, diastolic blood pressure higher than 13.33kPa (100mmHg) and so on.
