目的:探讨实施JCI标准提高患者身份识别正确率,对患者安全的重要性。方法:依据JCI标准识别患者身份并建立全程监测系统,对标准实施前后患者身份识别的正确率进行数据监测,以数据推动质量改进。结果:标准实施后患者身份核对正确率与标准实施前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:JCI标准要求的患者身份识别方法对消除医疗护理隐患,保证患者安全具有可行性指导意义。 Objective: To explore the importance of implementing JCI standard to improve patient identification accuracy and patient safety. Methods: According to the JCI standard to identify patients and establish a full monitoring system, the accuracy of patient identification before and after the implementation of the standard data monitoring, with data to promote quality improvement. Results: The correct rate of identity verification after the implementation of the standard was significantly different from that before the standard implementation (P <0.01). Conclusion: The method of patient identification required by JCI standard is feasible and instructive to eliminate the hidden danger of medical care and ensure the safety of patients.
