从列车重载牵引对机车的特殊要求出发,提出了重载机车车体的设计原则;以HXD2B型电力机车车体的结构设计为例,详细阐明了重载机车车体的结构特点;基于有限元分析环境,分析了重载车体的强度、刚度以及车内设备安装紧固件强度,通过试验表明:这些设计原则和分析方法满足重载机车车体的设计要求。
Based on the special requirements of trains for heavy-haul trains, the design principles of heavy-duty locomotive body are put forward. Taking the structure design of HXD2B electric locomotive as an example, the structural characteristics of heavy-haul locomotive body are elaborated. Meta-analysis environment, the strength and stiffness of the heavy-duty body and the strength of the equipment installed in the vehicle were analyzed. The tests show that these design principles and analysis methods meet the design requirements of heavy-duty locomotive body.
