[目的 /意义]随着互联网的飞速发展,传统的著作权集体管理受到巨大的冲击,模式的改变在所难免。[过程/方法 ]针对互联网下的著作权集体管理,提出开放型的著作权集体管理模式,并就该模式的定义、建设难点及对策等内容做出分析,以期对著作权的保护有所裨益。[结果 /结论 ]著作权集体管理需要解决法律法规和相关政策问题、许可证书问题、维权问题、传播效率问题以及管理系统平台建设问题等。
[Purpose / Significance] With the rapid development of the Internet, the traditional collective management of copyright has been greatly impacted, and the change of mode is inevitable. [Process / Method] Aiming at the collective management of copyright under the Internet, this paper proposes an open model of collective management of copyright, and analyzes the definition of the model, construction difficulties and countermeasures so as to be beneficial to the protection of copyrights. [Result / Conclusion] Collective management of copyright needs to solve laws and regulations and related policy issues, licensing issues, rights protection issues, dissemination efficiency issues and management system platform construction issues.
