应用20—三甲基胆蒽进行小鼠颌下腺肿瘤的诱发实验。实验动物20只,其中有5只在给药第10周后陆续发生肿瘤,观察时间为3.5个月。诱发的肿瘤光镜下由大小不等、分化不良的细胞构成,间质成份缺乏。电子显微镜下未见到上皮肿瘤细胞结合装置的桥粒连接,提示肿瘤来源于间叶组织,为纤维肉瘤。该实验为深入研究口腔颌面部纤维肉瘤提供了理想的动物模型。
20-trimethylcholanthrene was used to induce mouse submandibular gland tumors. Twenty experimental animals, of which 5 developed tumors after the 10th week of administration, were observed for 3.5 months. Induced tumors are composed of cells of varying sizes and poorly differentiated cells under light microscopy, with a lack of interstitial components. No desmosomes were connected to the epithelial tumor cell binding apparatus under the electron microscope, suggesting that the tumor originated from the mesenchymal tissue and was fibrosarcoma. This experiment provides an ideal animal model for the further study of oral and maxillofacial fibrosarcoma.
