本文以杭州文化创意产业博览会为例,旨在探讨设计展节如何作用于当下社会公共文化服务新形态的发展,以及对于产业转型的驱动作用。首先,本文通过1.设计展节,做强文化产业,促进传统产业结构向文化产业转型;2.由设计展节带动设计创意产业,以驱动制造类产业转型;3.杭州文博会“后效应”强力作用产业发展与转型这三个板块探讨对于产业转型的驱动作用。其次,从公共文化投入、公共文化机构、公共文化产品、公共文化活动、公共文化队伍等方面探讨设计展节与公共文化服务的关系。
Taking Hangzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Expo as an example, this paper aims to discuss how the design exhibition can play a role in the new social and cultural development of the present society as well as the driving force for industrial transformation. First of all, this article through 1. design exhibition, strengthening cultural industries, promote the transformation of traditional industrial structure to cultural industries; 2. Design Festival driven by the creative industries to drive manufacturing industry restructuring; 3. Hangzhou ICIF Effect "strong role in industrial development and transformation of the three sections to explore the driving role for industrial restructuring. Secondly, we discuss the relationship between design exhibitions and public cultural services from public cultural inputs, public cultural institutions, public cultural products, public cultural activities and public cultural teams.
