痉挛性发音困难是一种可能由于病毒损害或局限性微血管阻塞所致的中枢神经系统器质性疾病。各种治疗方法效果不佳,用肉毒杆菌毒素一侧声带内注射致暂时性麻痹有一定疗效,但最有效的是喉返神经(RLN)切断术。作者于1975年～1982年间对各种程度痉挛性发音困难施行左侧RLN切断术300例。男93例,女207例,年龄21～92岁,其中随访5～14年以上者243例(81%)。随访包括病人描述发音情况,交谈能力及发音录音,将术前及术后5
Spasmodic dysphonia is a central nervous system organic disease that may be due to viral damage or localized microvascular obstruction. A variety of treatment ineffective, with a side effect of botulinum toxin vocal cord temporary paralysis have a certain effect, but the most effective is the recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) resection.
