利用傅立叶红外光谱分析仪分析成品膏药和胶浆的吸收曲线,找到了膏药的特征吸收谱线,选用合适波长的激光器测量膏药的吸收与含膏量的关系。本测量系统包括激光发射器,光学准直扩束器,光学接收以及数据显示及采集系统。本方法的特色在于特殊选定波长的激光发射器,而采用光学准直扩束器的目的是可以大面积测量,以反映出整块膏药的含膏量和透过率的关系。初步的实验表明膏药的透过率和含膏量存在一定对应关系。
The absorption curve of finished plasters and plasters was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, the characteristic absorption spectrum of plasters was found, and the relationship between the plaster absorption and the amount of plaster was measured by using a suitable wavelength laser. The measurement system includes a laser transmitter, optical collimation beam expander, optical receiver and data display and acquisition system. This method features a specially selected wavelength laser transmitter, and the purpose of using an optical collimating beam expander is to allow large area measurements to reflect the relationship between the amount of paste in the patch and the transmittance. Preliminary experiments show that there is a certain correspondence between the penetration rate of plaster and cream content.
