[目的]建立由溶脲脲原体感染引起的小鼠生殖道炎症模型并观察阿奇霉素对感染小鼠的疗效。[方法]昆明小鼠40只,随机分4组。采用注射外源性雌激素,生殖道接种溶脲脲原体标准菌株的方法建立小鼠生殖道炎症模型。模型建立成功后,治疗组进行一疗程阿奇霉素治疗(0.4g/kg)。[结果]成功建立小鼠生殖道炎症模型。感染后小鼠有非淋菌性尿道炎类似的临床表现。溶脲脲原体感染可逆行波及其他器官。用药后治疗组和感染对照组感染率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组小鼠仍有部分未消除溶脲脲原体感染。[结论]成功建立溶脲脲原体感染小鼠致生殖道炎症的模型;单一疗程的阿奇霉素治疗不能完全清除溶脲脲原体。
[Objective] To establish a mouse reproductive tract inflammation model induced by Ureaplasma urealyticum infection and observe the therapeutic effect of azithromycin on infected mice. [Method] Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Mouse model of reproductive tract inflammation was established by injecting exogenous estrogen and genital inoculation with standard strains of Ureaplasma urealyticum. After the model was established, the treatment group was given a course of azithromycin (0.4 g / kg). [Results] The mouse reproductive tract inflammation model was successfully established. Infected mice have similar clinical manifestations of non-gonococcal urethritis. Infection with Ureaplasma urealyticum reverses the wave and affects other organs. After treatment, the infection rate of the treatment group and infection control group had statistical significance (P <0.05). Some mice in the treatment group still did not eliminate the infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum. [Conclusion] The model of reproductive tract inflammation caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum (Ureaplasma urealyticum) infection was successfully established. Azithromycin can not completely remove Ureaplasma urealyticum (Ureaplasma urealyticum) after a single course of treatment.
