目的 研究天花粉对小鼠输卵管组织中肥大细胞的数量及颗粒化学性质的影响。方法 采用HE染色、甲苯胺蓝染色、Alcian蓝 -藏红染色、临界电解质浓度测定 (CEC)、硫酸小蘖碱荧光染色。结果 用天花粉 2 4小时后 ,输卵管组织中肥大细胞明显增多。增多的肥大细胞TB染浅紫色 ,AB -S染色呈蓝色。临界电解质浓度偏低 ,随时间的延长 ,AB -S染色由蓝色变为红色 ,硫酸小蘖碱荧光染色由不显荧光度为显强荧光、CEC值增高。结论 天花粉可以促进小鼠输卵管中肥大细胞的增多 ,促进肝素合成 ,使细胞趋向成熟
Objective To study the effects of TCS on the number of mast cells and the chemical properties of the pellets in the oviduct of mice. Methods Hematoxylin and eosin staining, toluidine blue staining, Alcian blue-stained red staining, critical electrolyte concentration determination (CEC) and berberine sulfate staining were used. Results with TCS 2 4 hours later, oviduct tissue mast cells increased significantly. Increased mast cell TB stained light purple, AB-S stained blue. The critical electrolyte concentration was low, with the extension of time, AB-S staining changed from blue to red, sulfuric acid berberine fluorescence staining from non-significant fluorescence was significant fluorescence, CEC value increased. Conclusion TCS can promote the increase of mast cells in the fallopian tubes, promote the synthesis of heparin and make the cells tend to mature
