日本临床肿瘤学组肺癌研究组(Japan Clinical Oncology Group Lung Cancer Study Group)发布的一项临床研究发现,对于年龄大于70岁的局部进展期非小细胞肺癌患者,放疗联合低剂量的卡铂单药化疗方案可以延长患者的总生存时间(UMIN Clinical Trials Registry,number C000000060)。200例入组患者随机分为两组,100例仅接受60Gy放疗,100例在放疗的同时接受低剂量的卡铂[30mg/(m2·天),每周5天用药共20天]。所有患者的平均随访时间是19.4个月,因中期结果
