选用商用纳米Al2O3与TiO2粉末,经混合制浆并通过喷雾造粒技术将其重构成大颗粒纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2团聚粉体,采用不同加热温度进行烧结,制备了用于热喷涂的纳米喂料。通过XRD、SEM检测和松装密度测定,研究其相结构、显微结构和纳米晶粒变化,由此分析了纳米团聚粉体烧结过程中纳米晶粒生长和致密化行为,并建立了晶粒生长模型。结果表明,适用于热喷涂的纳米团聚粉体的烧结温度应控制在1100℃以下。
Commercial nano-Al2O3 and TiO2 powders were selected, and then pulverized by mixing and reconstituted into nano-sized Al2O3-13% TiO2 aggregates by spray granulation technology. Sintering was carried out at different heating temperatures to prepare nanoshells for thermal spraying material. The phase structure, microstructure and nanocrystalline variation were investigated by XRD, SEM and bulk density measurement. The growth and densification behavior of nanocrystalline grains during the sintering process were analyzed. Growth model. The results show that the sintering temperature of nano-agglomerated powders suitable for thermal spraying should be controlled below 1100 ℃.
