通过对石楠的组培快繁试验 ,研究了不同取材部位 ,激素种类及浓度对快速繁育的影响。找出了石楠的最佳分化培养基MS +BA2 .0 +NAA0 .1和生根培养基 1/2MS +NAA1.0 或 1/2MS +ABT2 .0 。
Through the fast propagation test of Heather, the effects of different accessions, hormone types and concentrations on rapid breeding were studied. The best differentiation medium MS + BA2 .0 + NAA0.1 and rooting medium 1 / 2MS + NAA1.0 or 1 / 2MS + ABT2 .0 were found out.
