本文以血小板激活因子(PAF)和二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的血小板聚集试验为检测指标,追踪观测了中草药槲寄生对PAF和 ADP诱导的血小板聚集的影响。从槲寄生乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到的化合物高圣草素 7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷,体外试验证实对PAF诱导的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用,而对ADP诱导的血小板聚集无显著性抑制作用。提示高圣草素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷是槲寄生抗PAF的有效活性成分。
In this paper, platelet activation factor (PAF) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation assays were used as testing indicators to observe the effects of mistletoe of Chinese herbs on PAF and ADP-induced platelet aggregation. The compound etoposide 7-O-β-D-glucoside isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Mistletoe was in vitro tested and demonstrated significant inhibition of platelet aggregation induced by PAF and platelet aggregation induced by ADP. No significant inhibition. It suggests that 7-O-β-D-glucoside is a potent active ingredient of the anti-PAF of mistletoe.
