目的：探讨宫颈病变LEEP刀术后服用杏香兔耳风片对阴道排液、出血及创面修复的疗效。方法对2012年3月—2013年12月在我院因宫颈病变行LEEP刀治疗的156例患者进行回顾性分析，将其随机分为治疗组(术后加服杏香兔耳风片组)102例和对照组(LEEP刀治疗)54例，比较两组创面修复、阴道排液及阴道出血情况。结果两组在创面修复、阴道排液量和阴道排液时间方面比较.均有显著差异， P<0.05。结论 LEEP刀术后口服杏香兔耳风片对减轻术后出血、减少排液量及缩短排液时间，减少宫颈增生，促进创面修复有一定的作用。“,”OBJECTIVE Study of cervical lesions by LEEP technique after taking Ainsliaea fragrans Champ effect on vaginal discharge、 Bleeding and wound healing METHODS For March 2012, December 2013 156 patients in the hospital because my line LEEP knife treatment of cervical lesions were retrospectively analyzed were randomly divided into treatment group ( surgery plus service apricot rabbit ear style sheet group ) 102 cases and the control group (LEEP knife treatment ) in 54 cases, Comparison of the two groups wound repair , vaginal discharge and vaginal bleeding,RESULTS The two groups in wound repair , vaginal discharge and vaginal discharge amount of time comparing aspects .
