对于各大经营食品的企业来说,2005年可算是动荡不安的一年。众多国际国內的食品品牌都在危机中栽了“大跟头”。本文就2005年发生的肯德基“苏丹红”危机、雀巢的“碘超标”事件、光明乳业的“回炉奶”、“早产奶”危机事件展开论述。分析这些企业在危机处理申可以借鉴的经验和存在的问题,并对企业的危机处理提出建议。
For major food companies, 2005 was a turbulent year. Many international and domestic food brands have planted “big fights” in the crisis. This article discusses the KFC “Sudan Red” crisis in 2005, the “Iodination exceeded” incident in Nestle, “Broiled milk” and “Premature milk” crisis incidents in Bright Dairy. Analyze the experience and existing problems that these companies can draw upon in handling the crisis, and provide suggestions on crisis management.
