随着国有企业转移转型的加速,基层统战工作任务更加繁重,作用更加凸显。同时,国有企业统战工作也面临许多新变化和新挑战,如何使统战工作坚持与时俱进,拓展新思路,增创新优势,建立大统战格局,已成为基层统战工作一项刻不容缓的任务。为此,笔者从分析企业转型时期特点和对统战工作提出的要求入手,在统战格局定位、理念变革、基础建设和工作机制上进行了系统思考。
With the acceleration of the transfer and transformation of state-owned enterprises, the tasks of grass-roots united front work are more arduous and the role is even more prominent. At the same time, the united front work of state-owned enterprises also faces many new changes and new challenges. How to make the work of united front work advancing with the times, develop new ideas, create new advantages and establish a grand united front has become a pressing task for grass-roots united front work. Therefore, starting with the analysis of the characteristics of the enterprise transformation period and the requirements of the united front work, the author conducts a systematic consideration on the orientation of the united front, the change of concept, the basic construction and the working mechanism.
