研究了马来西亚海砂对球团成球性能及冶金性能的影响。结果表明:配加10%~30%的马来西亚海砂制备球团矿,球团成球速度变慢,球团易长大和控制。随海砂配比增加,生球落下强度及抗压强度略有下降,但仍达到国标要求;球团含粉率略有提高,适宜的焙烧温度略有降低;球团低温还原粉化性能、软化性能及还原膨胀性能等均达到国标要求,可满足生产需要。
The effects of sea sand from Malaysia on pellet formation and metallurgical properties were studied. The results show that pellets with 10% ~ 30% Malaysian sea sand are slowed to pellet and the pellets are easy to grow and control. With the increase of sea-sand ratio, the dropping strength and compressive strength of the green ball decreased slightly, but still meet the national standard requirements; the powder content of the pellets slightly increased and the suitable calcination temperature slightly decreased; Softening performance and reduction and expansion properties have reached the national standard, to meet the production needs.
