基于组织设计和知识治理理论,在动态不确定性环境下,企业流程正式化、知识治理机制与外部环境的有效交互对新产品创造力有积极的影响。在直接检验流程正式化与新产品创造力关系的基础上,深入分析并检验了两种不同类型知识治理与外部环境的相互作用对上述关系的调节作用。以206家中国企业为研究对象的实证结果发现:流程正式化正向促进新产品创造力;正式知识治理负向调节流程正式化与新产品创造力之间的关系,而非正式知识治理正向调节流程正式化与新产品创造力之间的关系;流程正式化、正式知识治理与环境不确定性的三项交互与新产品创造力正相关。研究结论不仅揭示了正式流程影响创造力的作用机理,并明确了这一影响过程的边界条件。
Based on the theory of organizational design and knowledge governance, under the circumstance of dynamic uncertainty, the formalization of business process and the effective interaction between knowledge governance mechanism and external environment have a positive impact on the creativity of new products. On the basis of directly examining the relationship between the formalization of process and the creativity of new products, this paper deeply analyzes and tests the regulatory effect of the interaction of two different types of knowledge governance and external environment on these relations. The empirical results of 206 Chinese enterprises found that formalization of the process positively promotes the creativity of new products, formal knowledge management negatively regulates the relationship between the formalization of the process and the creativity of new products, rather than the positive Regulating the relationship between process formalization and new product creativity; the three interactions of process formalization, formal knowledge governance and environmental uncertainty are positively related to new product creativity. The conclusions of the study not only reveal the mechanism by which the formal process affects creativity, but also clarify the boundary conditions of the impact process.
