用溶胶—凝胶法在釉面砖上制备了均匀的TiO2涂层。借助X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)研究了釉面涂层的化学组成,结果表明:1)涂层与釉面之间是以化学结合的;2)TiO2涂层中含有一定量的Ti3+,讨论了产生Ti3+的原因。最后测试了紫外线及太阳光照射下,TiO2涂层釉面砖对敌敌畏水溶液中有机磷的光催化降解率。该类材料可望在环境保护、污水处理等方面有广阔的应用前景。
A uniform TiO2 coating was prepared on the glazed tile by sol-gel method. The chemical composition of the glaze coating was studied by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that: 1) the coating is chemically bonded with the glaze; 2) the TiO2 coating contains a certain amount of Ti3 + The reason why Ti3 + is generated is discussed. Finally, the photocatalytic degradation rate of organophosphorus in the aqueous solution of Dichlorvos with TiO2 coated glazed tiles under UV and solar irradiation was tested. Such materials are expected to have broad application prospects in environmental protection, sewage treatment and other aspects.
