高频电压的数字测量问题,是研制程控高频电压自动测量仪器的关键问题,这类仪器是广泛组建自动测试系统迫切需用的仪器,而在国内外这一问题仍然未能很好解决。本文讨论高频电压数字测量的技术关键,重点描述高频电压检波器检波效率的非线性数学关系,分析其规律,提出运用微处理器进行处理的数学模型,以及解决高频电压数字测量的可行方案。
