目的:建立测定福多司坦的含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:水-甲醇(95:5),流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长220 nm,柱温30℃,进样量为20μl。结果:福多司坦的浓度在0.265~2.67 mg/ml范围内线性良好(A=3274C-130.93,r=0.9993);方法的最低检出限为0.404 ng(S/N=3);平均回收率(n=3)分别为98.93%(RSD=0.8%)、98.95%(RSD=0.3%)、98.93%(RSD=0.7%)。结论:该法准确、简便,可用于福多司坦的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of famotidine. METHODS: DiamonsilTM (diamond) C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of water and methanol at a flow rate of 0.8 ml / min and a detection wavelength of 220 nm The sample volume is 20μl. Results: The concentration of fodostat was linear in the range of 0.265-2.67 mg / ml (A = 3274C-130.93, r = 0.9993). The minimum detectable limit of detection was 0.404 ng (S / N = 3) Rates (n = 3) were 98.93% (RSD = 0.8%), 98.95% (RSD = 0.3%) and 98.93% (RSD = 0.7%), respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate and simple and can be used for the determination of fudosteine.
