目的分析PBL教学法在中职内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 2014年10月—2017年1月期间,随机选取120名中职护生,采用数字抽签的形式,分为实验组与传统组,各60名。内科护理教学中,传统组,采用传统教学模式,实验组,采用PBL教学方法,对比分析教学效果。结果对比分析两组护生学习兴趣,实验组兴趣高所占比例显著高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比中职护生学习成绩,实验组明显优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比护生对教学的满意程度,实验组满意度为95.0%,传统组为81.7%,实验组明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中职内科护理教学中,采用PBL教学法,效果显著,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL teaching method in secondary vocational nursing teaching. Methods From October 2014 to January 2017, 120 secondary vocational nursing students were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and traditional group with 60 in the form of digital lottery. In the medical nursing teaching, the traditional group adopts the traditional teaching mode and experimental group, and adopts PBL teaching method to compare and analyze the teaching effect. Results By comparing and analyzing the interest of nursing students in two groups, the proportion of interest in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group (P <0.05). Comparing the nursing students’ academic performance, the experimental group was significantly better than the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with nursing students’ satisfaction with teaching, the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.0% and that of the traditional group was 81.7%. The experimental group was significantly higher than the traditional group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of internal medicine nursing, the teaching method of PBL is effective and has the promotion value.
