对有杆抽油系统进行研究是开采原油的一个重要环节.首先建立了抽油杆悬点运动规律的模型,利用采集油井工作时悬点的示功图数据,将悬点示功图转化为泵功图,通过分析泵工图阀的开闭点,得到了有效冲程,求得了油井日产液量,并采用灰度理论对油井的工作状况进行诊断.最后提出了改进的Gibbs模型,得到了更为合理的结果.将阻尼系数的导出看成Gibbs方程的反问题,通过建立差分方程导出了阻尼系数.
