输油泵是输油站生产过程中不可或缺的关键输送设备,因为输油泵的特点和管路的特点并不是十分的协调匹配,在实际工作中需要借助输油泵出口处阀门的调节,通过调节其开口度的大小来达到控制流量的目的,这种通过调节阀门来控制流量的方式,必然会因为阀门的开合在附近区域产生一定的压力差,从而产生一定能量损耗,造成能源损失。输油泵应用变频调速技术,通过输油泵转速的改变,调节运行情况,减少压差带来的能源损耗。本文对输油泵的变频节能技术进行了分析,输油泵变频节能技术不仅降低了油耗,还达到了节约成本、改善输油工艺的目标,提升了企业的经济和社会效益。
