一人公司发展历史证明一人公司存在的必要性和必然性,而我国2006年生效实施的新《公司法》中对一人有限公司的规定将对一人有限公司的发展壮大造成重大的阻碍,改革完善相关规定刻不容缓。
The development history of one-person company proves the necessity and necessity of existence of one-person company.
