目的:应用药效差示血清色谱法探索红花的药效物质基础。方法:采用HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,比较红花提取物及红花阴性提取物最大药效时刻、最小药效时刻的含药血清色谱图,探索红花在正常大鼠体内的药效物质基础。结果:红花提取物中出现了一个与药效强弱有关的物质峰,红花阴性提取物中既无药效也无此物质峰。结论:HSYA是红花的药效物质基础;药效差示血清色谱法是一种研究中药药效物质基础的新方法。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the pharmacodynamic basis of safflower by differential drug chromatographic method. Methods: HPLC fingerprint analysis method was used to compare safflower extract and safflower negative extract maximum efficacy time, the minimum pharmacodynamic serum containing serum chromatogram to explore the role of safflower in normal rats body material basis. Results: Safflower extract appeared in a potency-related substance peak, safflower negative extract neither pharmacodynamics nor the material peak. Conclusion: HSYA is the pharmacological basis of safflower. Differential pharmacokinetic serum chromatography is a new method to study the pharmacological substance of traditional Chinese medicine.
