采用~1H,~13C NMR,~11B NMR极化转移实验DEPT135,DEPT90和二维NMR实 验以及IR等技术,对用于潜手性酮类不对称硼烷还原的二氨基二醇配体及其衍生物进 行了鉴定,并对其与硼烷原位形成的催化剂结构进行了 in situ NMR研究,发现了催化 剂在反应溶液中的结构转化现象,确定了催化剂的结构为新型的双活性中心催化剂 ──双噁唑硼烷.
