【目的】探讨棉花黄萎病生防链霉菌25、Z9、Z13、X4对棉花光合生理特性和生长的影响及其在棉花根内的定殖情况。【方法】采用盆栽接种试验、根内微生物培养测数法,以不接链霉菌、大丽轮枝菌(VD)为空白对照,研究4株链霉菌活菌制剂单独接种及与VD混合接种后,链霉菌对棉花幼苗光合生理特性和生长的影响及其在棉花根内的定殖量。【结果】①链霉菌25、Z9、Z13单独接种或与VD混合接种时,均能提高棉花幼苗净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率。②4株链霉菌均能明显提高棉花幼苗整株和根系鲜质量,其中Z9促生作用最稳定,接种1次后,其单独接种或与VD混合接种处理棉花幼苗根系长度较空白对照、VD单独接种处理增加了56.6%~58.1%,根系鲜质量增加45.9%~54.0%(P<0.05)。③菌株Z13、25、X4单独接种及与VD混合接种时均可在棉花根内稳定定殖,在菌剂拌土接种后60d,在棉花根内的定殖量仍可达到(2.0~32.0)×102 cfu/g;Z9接种2次后也能在棉花根内定殖,但定殖量较少。【结论】供试链霉菌能明显提高棉花幼苗光合生理并促进棉花生长,2次接种能促进链霉菌在棉花根内定殖。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of Streptomyces hygroscopicus 25, Z9, Z13 and X4 on physiological characteristics and growth of cotton and their colonization in cotton roots. 【Method】 The potted inoculation test and in-root microbial culture test were used to study the relationship between Streptomyces and Verticillium dahliae (VD) as blank control. Four strains of Streptomyces were inoculated separately and inoculated with VD Effects of Streptomyces on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Growth of Cotton Seedlings and Its Colonization in Cotton Roots. 【Result】 ① Streptomyces 25, Z9, Z13 alone or inoculation with VD could increase net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of cotton seedlings. 4 Streptomyces can significantly improve the whole plant and root fresh weight of cotton seedlings, of which Z9 promote the role of the most stable one after inoculation, alone or inoculation with VD mixed seedlings of cotton seedling root length compared with the blank control, VD alone The treatment increased 56.6% -58.1%, and the fresh root mass increased by 45.9% -54.0% (P <0.05). (3) Strain Z13, 25, X4 alone and inoculated with VD could both colonize and stabilize in cotton roots. Colonization in cotton roots could still reach (2.0 ~ 32.0) × 102 cfu / g; Z9 inoculation can also colonize the cotton root twice, but less colonization. 【Conclusion】 Streptomyces test can significantly improve the photosynthetic physiology of cotton seedlings and promote cotton growth. Inoculation of Streptomyces can promote the colonization of cotton roots.
