目的　探讨黄斑部视网膜前出血的有效治疗措施。方法　对黄斑部视网膜前出血范围大于 2PD的 36例 ,36只眼分别进行常规保守治疗 2 5例 ,激光引流出血于玻璃体辅以药物治疗 11例。结果　 2 5例常规保守治疗组视力恢复时间平均 2 4 d;黄斑部视网膜前出血吸收时间平均 4 0 d。11例激光治疗组中引流成功者 10例 ,该 10例视力平均恢复时间为 5 d,黄斑部视网膜前出血吸收时间为 11d。结论　黄斑部视网膜前出血激光玻璃体引流术是及早恢复中心视力的有效方法 Objective To investigate the effective treatment of macular retinal hemorrhage. Methods Thirty-six patients (36 eyes) with pre-retinal hemorrhage of more than 2PD in macular area were treated by routine conservative treatment, and 11 cases were treated by laser drainage hemorrhage with vitreous body supplementation. Results The average time of visual acuity recovery in 25 conservative treatment groups was 24 days on average. The pre-retinal bleeding time in macular was 40 days on average. Among the 11 laser treatment groups, 10 cases were successful in drainage, the average recovery time of visual acuity was 5 days and the pre-retinal bleeding time of macular was 11 days. Conclusion Laser vitreoretinal drainage of macular pre-retinal hemorrhage is an effective method for early recovery of central vision
