当我们接北京学会电告潘光同志於6月29日猝然病逝时,如晴天霹雳,使我们即刻处于悲痛之中。4月中旬,学会部分领导同志在洛阳开会,商讨学会发展基金等问题,潘光同志还和我们在一起,他精神抖擞,为学会事业的发展精心筹划。6月中旬,他还电告我们将亲赴贵阳参加西南地区学会联合开会。豈料,他瞬眼间竟撒手而去,与我们永别。这突然袭来的不幸消息,更增加了我们的哀痛之情。潘光同志是我们的老领导。 1983年机械工业会计学会成立,他被一致推举为总会会长。十多年来,我们在他的领导下,共同从事学会工作,长期亲听他的教诲,目睹他为学会事业奋斗不止的情景,他和我们在共事中建立了深厚的情谊。
When we came to Beijing Institute to sue Comrade Pan Guang for sudden death on 29 June, such as a bolt from the blue, we were immediately in sorrow. In mid-April, some leading comrades learned how to hold a meeting in Luoyang and discussed issues such as the development fund of the Institute. Comrade Pan Guang was still with us. He was very energetic and well prepared for the development of the institute. In mid-June, he also warned us to go to Guiyang to attend a joint meeting of the Southwest Association. Unexpectedly, he actually let go hand in hand, farewell to us. The unfortunate news of this sudden attack has even added to our sorrow. Comrade Pan Guang is our old leader. In 1983 the Institute of Mechanical Industry Accounting was established, he was unanimously elected president. For more than a decade, under his leadership, we have been engaged in the work of learning together, listening to his teachings on a long-term basis and witnessing his constant struggle for learning. He and we have built a profound friendship in our work.
