目的 通过在食品污染物监测中分离沙门氏菌的经验,探讨一种可在常规微生物实验室应用的快速诊断方法。方法 利用沙门氏菌的专有酶和酶的荧光底物以及五种简单但有效的生化进行快速鉴定,克服传统方法中分离、培养与鉴定需时较长,程序复杂、所需试剂繁多等缺点以及难以适应大批量检测的需要。结果 对170份生肉、海产品冻肉的检测,检出各种血清型的沙门氏菌共28株,检出率为16.5%。而按国标方法同时作对照,结果仅检出24株,检出率为14.1%。结论 该方法操作简便,灵敏度有较大的提高,可对沙门氏菌快速检测。可在基层实验室广泛推广使用。
Objective To explore a rapid diagnostic method that can be applied in a routine microbiological laboratory by isolating Salmonella from food contaminants monitoring. The method utilizes the unique enzyme of Salmonella and the fluorescent substrate of the enzyme as well as five simple but effective biochemical methods for rapid identification. The method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional methods such as long time-consuming isolation, culturing and identification, complex procedures and numerous reagents required, Adapt to the needs of high-volume testing. Results A total of 28 Salmonella strains of various serotypes were detected in 170 raw meat and seafood frozen meat samples. The detection rate was 16.5%. According to the national standard method at the same time as a control, the results were detected only 24 strains, the detection rate was 14.1%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and has a greater increase, rapid detection of Salmonella. Can be widely used in grassroots laboratories.
