目的观察灰树花菌丝体多糖对STZ致糖尿病小鼠模型血糖和血脂的影响。方法雄性KM种小鼠,小鼠适应性喂养7 d后,禁食16 h,连续3 d腹腔注射链尿菌素(STZ)100 mg/kg,建立小鼠糖尿病模型。灰树花菌丝体多糖以125、250、500 mg·kg-1·d-1低中高三种剂量给药40 d,测定小鼠血糖、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平。结果灰树花菌丝体多糖能显著降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖值,甘油三酯,胆固醇和血清LDL-C。结论灰树花菌丝体多糖可调节STZ所致糖尿病小鼠的血糖血脂功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide on blood glucose and blood lipids in STZ-induced diabetic mice. Methods Male KM mice and mice were fasted for 7 days and fed with streptozotocin (STZ) 100 mg / kg intraperitoneally every 3 days for 7 days. Grifola frondosa polysaccharide was administrated for three days with 125, 250 and 500 mg · kg-1 · d-1 low, medium and high doses respectively. The levels of blood glucose, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in mice were measured. Results Grifola frondosa polysaccharide can significantly reduce blood glucose in diabetic mice, triglycerides, cholesterol and serum LDL-C. Conclusion Grifola frondosa polysaccharide can regulate the blood glucose and blood lipids in STZ-induced diabetic mice.
