为更好了解我省中学心理专职教师的生存与发展现状,推进我省中学心理专职教师队伍建设,浙江省中小学心理健康教育指导中心办公室于2015年3-6月对我省中学心理专职教师开展调研,通过问卷调查方式了解我省中学心理专职教师的生存与发展状况。调查发现,我省中学心理专职教师总体配置比例不高,各市配置不均衡。中学心理专职教师工作总体满意度较高,工作态度较好,但对工资待遇、职称评定、专业发展满意度较低。中学心理专职教师专业培训机会少、工作压力大、缺少学习研讨的共
