为配合国家级课题“中国岗位培训制度研究”及其上海承担的分课题:“上海岗位培训制度研究”的深入开展,动员广大的企业教育工作者积极探索岗位培训制度的研究工作,从理论和实践两个方面总结和探索企业教育如何在市场经济的条件下建立一套必要的岗位培训制度。本刊自1993年第3期起,特辟《岗位培训制度研究征文》专栏,并得到了国家教委有关部门及本市各委、办、局有关企事业单位的大力支持,国家教委岗位培训司、上海市成教委、上海市经委的有关领导专门为本栏目撰写了文章,本市和外地的广大成人教育工作者踊跃来稿,截止本期发稿时,共收到征文52篇,本刊从来稿中选择了其中的19篇在刊物上发表。对各级领导及广大读者的热情支持,我们谨表示衷心的感谢。本期发表的上海市成人教育委员会副主任郭伯农的《现代企业制度和现代企业教育》就现代企业制度建立后,现代企业的岗位培训制度的建设
