SuperORV(超级开架式气化器)传热管采用了双层套管和多种强化传热结构,能够有效抑制管外结冰并提高LNG气化效率.针对SuperORV传热管建立了基于能量守恒的分布参数模型,并对SuperORV传热管的传热性能进行了数值计算.计算结果表明:SuperORV传热管具有良好的传热性能;运行压力、LNG流量和进口分配比及海水量/LNG流量比对其传热性能具有显著影响;采用内翅片和螺旋纽带结构能够显著提高其传热效率,同时采用两种强化传热措施时所需的最小管长比无强化措施时缩短了42%.“,”The double tube structure of SuperORV heat transfer tube can effectively improve the heat transfer performance by suppressing the ice formation on the tube surface.In this paper,a distributed parameter model based on energy conservation was established for SuperORV heat transfer tube,and the heat transfer performance of SuperORV heat transfer tube was calculated numerically.The results showed that SuperORV heat transfer tube has good heat transfer performance.The operating pressure,LNG flow rate and inlet distribution ratio,and seawater/LNG flow ratio have important influence on the heat transfer performance.Inner fins or twisted tape insert can evidently improve the heat transfer efficiency.The required minimum tube length,when both heat transfer enhancement measures aforementioned are applied,is shortened by 42%,compared to that without heat transfer enhancement measures.
