研究苗龄、光照强度和施氮量对3个水稻品种稻株草酸、总酚和单宁含量的影响及其与抗褐飞虱关系。结果表明,稻株中草酸、总酚和单宁含量对不同抗性水稻品种抗褐飞虱不同生物型的影响不同。其中,总酚和单宁含量变化与IR56抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ和孟加拉型及RHT抗褐飞虱孟加拉型密切相关,草酸和单宁含量变化与RHT抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ密切相关,草酸、总酚和单宁含量变化与570011抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ密切相关,而草酸含量变化与570011抗褐飞虱孟加拉型密切相关。苗龄、光照强度和施氮量的单独作用或交互作用对不同水稻中次生物质含量有明显影响,但品种不同,其影响程度也不同。其中,IR56草酸和单宁含量、RHT和570011总酚和单宁含量及受苗龄、光照强度和施氮量的影响显著,IR56总酚含量受苗龄和光照强度的影响显著,RHT草酸含量受光照强度和施氮量的影响显著,570011草酸含量受影响小。
The effects of seedling age, light intensity and nitrogen rate on the contents of oxalic acid, total phenols and tannin in three rice cultivars and their relationships with BPH were studied. The results showed that the contents of oxalic acid, total phenols and tannin in rice plants had different effects on the resistance of different resistant rice varieties to BPH biotypes. Among them, the content of total phenols and tannin was closely related to the biotype Ⅱ and the Bengal type and Bengal type of brown planthopper, and the content of oxalic acid and tannin was closely related to the biotype Ⅱ of brown planthopper, The change of content of Ning was closely related to the resistance to brown planthopper biotype Ⅱ by 570011, while the change of oxalic acid content was closely related with the resistance of 570011 to Bengal type of brown planthopper. The effects of seedling age, light intensity and nitrogen application rate on the content of different secondary metabolites in rice had obvious effects on the content of secondary biomass, but their effects were different with different varieties. Among them, IR56 contents of oxalic acid and tannin, contents of total phenols and tannins in RHT and 570011 were significantly affected by seedling age, light intensity and nitrogen application rate. Total phenolics content in IR56 was significantly affected by seedling age and light intensity. Affected by light intensity and nitrogen application, the content of oxalic acid in 570011 was less affected.
