为了改变建筑工地地基结构,国外已广泛使用重力压密工作法。动力压密工作法系由法国曼纳达公司所开发,施工方式是使用吊车或吊架将一重块(十五吨至二百吨重,根据拟改良的土壤特性及改良深度而定)吊至设计高度,再让重块自由落下,重击于欲改良的地层上,并配合完整的监测仪器设备安排,使土壤受到高能量的撞击压实固结而改变土壤结构的工作
