采用X衍射和透射电镜研究了淬火及深冷后的微细组织结构,指出深冷处理后硬度的提高主要来自微细弥散碳化物的沉淀析出,这些碳化物直径在10- 6 m m级.研究表明,深冷处理使马氏体轴比c/a 降低.
The microstructures after quenching and cryogenic treatment were studied by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. It is pointed out that the increase of hardness after cryogenic treatment mainly comes from the precipitation of finely divided precipitated carbides with a diameter of 10-6 m. Research shows that cryogenic treatment reduces the martensite axial ratio c / a.
