某光伏玻璃生产企业职业病危害现状调查

目的了解某光伏玻璃生产企业职业病危害现状,确保工人的生产安全和身体健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查方法对该企业进行分析和评价。结果本企业存在的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、化学毒物、噪声、高温、热辐射等。检测结果表明,24个接尘工种中8个工种作业人员接触粉尘浓度超过职业接触限值,粉尘CTWA范围为0.8~6.7 mg/m~3;镀膜工接触异丙醇浓度超过职业接触限值,异丙醇CSTEL范围为510.3~1 019.7 mg/m~3;29个接触噪声的工种中3个工种作业工人接触的8 h等效声级超过职业接触限值。结论该企业采取的职业病防护措施基本有效、可行,但仍要加强通风除尘(排毒)设施的维修保养,加强个人防护用品的佩戴,落实各项职业卫生管理措施,以降低职业病发生的风险,保护劳动者的健康。 Objective To understand the status quo of occupational hazards in a photovoltaic glass manufacturer and to ensure the safety of workers and their health. Methods The occupational health field survey, occupational disease hazard testing and occupational health examination methods for the analysis and evaluation of the enterprise. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in this enterprise are dust, chemical poisons, noise, high temperature and heat radiation. The test results showed that the contact dust concentration of 8 trades workers in 24 dust-exposed workers exceeded the occupational exposure limit, the dust CTWA range was 0.8 ~ 6.7 mg / m ~ 3; the concentration of contact isopropanol in coating workers exceeded the occupational exposure limits, The CSTEL of isopropanol ranged from 510.3 to 1 019.7 mg / m ~ 3. The 8-h equivalent sound level of three trades workers exposed to 29 contact noises exceeded the occupational exposure limit. Conclusion The occupational disease protection measures adopted by the enterprise are basically effective and feasible. However, the maintenance and repair of ventilation and dust removal (detoxification) facilities should be strengthened, personal protective equipment should be worn, and various occupational health management measures should be implemented to reduce the risk of occupational diseases and to protect The health of workers.
