目的研究脑型血吸虫病患者脑脊液和血浆中白细胞介素4(IL-4)及神经生长因子(NGF)水平与病灶体积的相关性。方法脑型血吸虫病患者51例为实验组,同期下肢骨折急诊手术患者39例为对照组。应用头颅CT和MRI测定脑型血吸虫病患者病灶体积。应用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定患者脑脊液和血浆中IL-4和NGF水平。用Spearman相关分析IL-4和NGF水平与病灶体积之间的相关性。结果实验组脑脊液和血浆中IL-4及NGF水平均显著高于对照组,且均与病灶体积呈显著正相关。结论脑型血吸虫病患者脑脊液和血浆中IL-4及NGF水平升高,且与病灶体积呈正相关。
Objective To study the correlation between the levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and nerve growth factor (NGF) in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma and the volume of lesions in patients with cerebral schistosomiasis. Methods Fifty-one schizophrenic patients with cerebral schistosomiasis were selected as the experimental group, and 39 patients with acute lower extremity fracture surgery during the same period as the control group. Application of cranial CT and MRI in the determination of brain schistosomiasis patients volume lesions. The levels of IL-4 and NGF in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between IL-4 and NGF levels and lesion volume. Results The levels of IL-4 and NGF in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group, and were positively correlated with the volume of lesion. Conclusion The levels of IL-4 and NGF in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of patients with cerebral schistosomiasis are increased, and positively correlated with the volume of lesions.
