目的:观察课内外“一体化”军事体育训练方案对军校新学员体质的影响。方法:选择某军校2012级新学员601例,观察比较10周“一体化”军事体育训练前后身体形态、功能和素质指标变化情况。结果:与训练前比较,男学员体质指数(BMI)、胸围、肺活量、台阶指数和多项身体素质指标均显著或非常显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01);女学员多项身体形态和素质指标亦改善显著或非常显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),但身体功能指标变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论:“一体化”军事体育训练可提高新学员的身体素质,并使身体形态得到一定程度改善。
Objective: To observe the effect of the “integration” military sports training program on physique of new military cadets. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six new recruits from a military college were selected to observe the change of body shape, function and quality before and after military sports training for 10 weeks. Results: Compared with pre-training, the body mass index (BMI), chest circumference, vital capacity, step index and multiple physical fitness indexes of male students were significantly or very significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01) Quality indicators also improved significantly or very significantly (P <0.05, P <0.01), but body function indicators did not change significantly (P> 0.05). Conclusion: “integration ” military sports training can improve the physical fitness of new students, and to a certain extent, improve the physical form.
