以一年生栽培辣椒(Capsicum annuum)的4个变种为材料,使用不同质量浓度的乙烯(0~250 mg/L)处理辣椒种子,研究乙烯对辣椒种子萌发的影响。结果表明:乙烯对辣椒种子的发芽势和发芽率没有显著影响;低质量浓度乙烯(50 mg/L)对发芽指数没有显著影响,而高质量浓度乙烯(100~250 mg/L)显著抑制发芽指数;辣椒种子下胚轴的长度、弯曲度和胚根的长度均被乙烯显著抑制,乙烯质量浓度越高,抑制作用越强;下胚轴的粗度随着乙烯质量浓度的提高,表现为先增加后降低的趋势,但是最终粗度仍大于对照。因此,可得出结论,乙烯对辣椒种子萌发的影响随乙烯质量浓度的不同而有所不同。
Four varieties of annual Capsicum annuum were used as materials, and pepper seeds were treated with different concentrations of ethylene (0 ~ 250 mg / L) to study the effect of ethylene on pepper seed germination.
