With the extensive use of chemical insecticides, Blattella germanica has produced varying degrees of resistance. The development of resistance in Blattella germanica often leads to defects in fitness accompanied by fitness costs, ie resistant individuals often exhibit biological characteristics such as slower development, lower survival and lower fecundity. In this paper, we discussed the relationship between resistance and bioavailability of Blattella germanica from the aspects of the development of drug resistance, the change of resistance fitness and the relationship between resistance mechanism and fitness of Blattella germanica.
