服务营销是伴随着经济的发展而产生并且不断发展的。在现代市场经济活动中,人是消费的主体,企业通过提供高水平的技术产品以及优质合理的人员和技术服务,为客户提供一系列的服务活动,从而赢得客户的信任而提高自身的营销水平。服务营销既是营销更是服务,是在营销活动中满足客户的物质以及精神文化需求。本文基于当前服务营销现状,对服务营销概念进行阐述,并且论述了服务营销的形成与发展。
Service marketing is accompanied by economic development and the continuous development. In modern market economy, people are the main body of consumption. Enterprises provide customers with a series of service activities by providing high-level technical products and high-quality and reasonable personnel and technical services so as to win customers’ trust and improve their marketing level . Service marketing is both marketing and service, is to meet the customer’s material and spiritual and cultural needs in marketing activities. Based on the current status of service marketing, this article elaborates the concept of service marketing and discusses the formation and development of service marketing.
