研究建立了一种同时测定香菇等鲜食用菌中58种农药多残留分析方法。样品采用乙腈为提取溶剂,超声波提取10 min,弗罗里硅土小柱和氨基小柱串联固相萃取净化,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)选择离子模式检测。58种农药最低检出浓度(S/N=10)为0.09~7.78 ng.g-1。在0.01~0.5 mg.kg-1添加浓度水平下,各农药回收率在66%~132%之间,相对标准偏差为2.6%~23.7%。对北京和合肥两市鲜香菇、草菇和木耳进行检测,共检出毒死蜱、氟虫腈、三氯杀螨砜和溴硫磷4种农药,浓度为3.0~11.1μg.kg-1。表明该方法可用于鲜食用菌中58种农药多残留的同时测定。
The study established a simultaneous determination of mushrooms and other fresh edible fungi 58 pesticide residues analysis. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, extracted with ultrasonic wave for 10 min, purified with Florisil cartridge and amino cartridges and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The minimum detectable concentration of 58 pesticides (S / N = 10) was 0.09 ~ 7.78 ng.g-1. Under the concentration of 0.01-0.5 mg.kg-1, the recoveries of pesticides ranged from 66% to 132% with relative standard deviations from 2.6% to 23.7%. Four kinds of pesticides such as chlorpyrifos, fipronil, bezolin and bromophos were detected in fresh shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms and edible fungus in Beijing and Hefei. Their concentrations were 3.0-11.1μg.kg-1. The results showed that this method can be used for simultaneous determination of 58 pesticides residues in fresh edible fungi.
