目的了解2014年南充市医用X射线装置周围环境辐射防护现状,为提高辐射安全监督管理提供依据。方法依据HJ/T61-2001《辐射环境监测技术规范》规定,使用FD3013B型智能化γ辐射仪对南充市22家医院43台X射线装置开展环境X辐射剂量率监测。结果涉及的医用X射线装置周围环境最大年有效剂量估算值在1.18×10~(-4)~1.72×10~(-1)m Sv间,其中,瞬时剂量率最大值为某医院墙面,达12.26μSv/h。结论此次监测结果均符合国家标准限值要求,但有多处剂量率较高,尽管目前国家环保部门尚未对X射线辐射剂量率有所限定,其对人体产生的效应也不可忽视,需进一步重视防护问题。
Objective To understand the current situation of radiation protection in the surrounding environment of medical X-ray devices in Nanchong in 2014 and provide the basis for improving radiation safety supervision and management.
